We offer a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received
- Item must be in original packaging with tags (if applicable)
- Receipt or proof of purchase is required

Courier companies in Pakistan do not allow parcels to be opened before payment.
- Customers may request a return only after payment and delivery confirmation
- Please do not ask the courier rider to open the parcel before payment, as this is against COD rules in Pakistan

If your return is approved:
- We will share return instructions
- You must send the product back at your own courier expense
- Items sent without prior return approval will not be accepted
β οΈ Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photo or video proof so we can resolve the issue.
π Exchanges
To exchange an item, please return the original product first.
Once the return is approved, you may place a new order for the replacement item.
π° Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- You will be notified about approval or rejection
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7β10 business days
- Bank or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the amount
