Welcome to Shoparena! By accessing or using this website and our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General:

  • Shoparena operates this online store in Pakistan. All sales are governed by these Terms & Conditions.
  • Use of the website constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
  • Shoparena reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time without prior notice.

2. Orders & Payment:

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after confirmation. Orders on weekends/public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) and Online Payment (JazzCash, EasyPaisa).
  • Shoparena may contact you via WhatsApp or phone to confirm your order. Unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.
  • You are responsible for providing the correct delivery address and contact details. Shoparena is not liable for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect information.

3. Product Information:

  • All product descriptions, images, colors, and specifications are indicative only.
  • Shoparena makes every effort to provide accurate information but does not guarantee that products will match your expectations.
  • Product availability, pricing, and promotions are subject to change without notice.

4. Delivery & Shipping:

  • We deliver across Pakistan via trusted courier partners.
  • Estimated delivery times:
    • Sindh: 2–4 working days
    • Other Provinces: 4–7 working days
  • Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, holidays, or courier delays.
  • Title and risk of loss pass to the customer once the courier receives the package.
  • Shoparena is not liable for shipping delays or damages caused by courier services.

5. Returns & Refunds:

  • Shoparena offers a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for return:
    • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with tags (if applicable).
    • Receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Customers must contact shoparenaonline@gmail.com to initiate a return.
  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Customers are responsible for courier charges when returning items.
  • Refunds (if approved) are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing time may vary depending on banks/payment providers.
  • Damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
  • Certain items cannot be returned, including:
    • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)
    • Personal care & beauty items
    • Customized or personalized items
    • Hazardous or flammable products
    • Sale items and gift cards
  • Exchanges are allowed only after returning the original item and obtaining approval.

⚠️ Important COD Note: Do not ask courier riders to open the parcel before payment. Returns/exchanges are only allowed after delivery and confirmation.

6. No Warranty:

  • All products are sold “as-is”.
  • Shoparena does not provide any warranty, express or implied, on the products, including but not limited to quality, durability, fitness for purpose, or merchantability.
  • Use of products is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability:

  • Shoparena is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the website or purchase of products.
  • This includes, but is not limited to, lost profits, lost savings, data loss, or courier-related issues.

8. Governing Law:

  • These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • Any disputes arising from your use of the website or purchase of products will be resolved in the courts of Pakistan.
