Unconfirmed orders may be delayed or cancelled.
📍 Incorrect Address
Please ensure your delivery address and contact number are correct.
We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
📦 Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
- Share clear photos or video proof of the package.

❌ Order Refusal / Non-Acceptance
If a customer refuses delivery without a valid reason, future orders may require advance payment.

Courier companies do not allow packages to be opened before payment.
Customers may request a return or exchange only after payment and delivery confirmation.
If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us after receiving the order and send the package back at your own courier expense.
Kindly do not request the courier rider to open the parcel before payment, as this is against COD policy in Pakistan.
